Nathan Outlaw will celebrate Cornish produce by hosting 3-4 master classes at his Seafood & Grill restaurant. Guests will have a 2-3 course lunch, eating the dishes demonstrated by Nathan.

Alongside the demonstrations and lunch, Cornish Beer and wine will be paired with the dishes, either as an ingredient, or as an accompaniment, to further celebrate Cornish produce.

Tickets will be on sale from late August.

We are offering free tastings with Table B`hote gourmet sauces, also wine sampling in association with Bin Two Padstow to accompany pasta dishes. We also offer fresh local seasonal produce, a range of dairy and cheeses and our home reared beef, pork and lamb. Also available is a wide range of cornish beers, ciders and wines, and much more.

Head to the Padstow Seafood School for a special seafood demonstration evening this October. The cookery school chefs will be joined by executive pastry chef Stuart Pate, to demonstrate a starter and main course using seasonal Cornish ingredients, followed by a dessert.

The evening begins at 7pm and runs until 9.30pm and includes a tasting of all the dishes, accompanied by a lovely glass of wine.
