Each week in October, the Food Hall at Homeleigh Garden Centre will be featuring a simple seasonal recipe.

There will be 20% off the selected ingredients to make the dish. Visit us each week to be inspired with local products and to get great value!

Why not try your hand at making fresh pasta here in our Farm Shop. Come along and join the team to learn, watch and taste our fabulous pasta, grown, harvested and made on the farm.

We are offering free tastings with Table B`hote gourmet sauces, also wine sampling in association with Bin Two Padstow to accompany pasta dishes. We also offer fresh local seasonal produce, a range of dairy and cheeses and our home reared beef, pork and lamb. Also available is a wide range of cornish beers, ciders and wines, and much more.

Suggest a new flavour for a sausage each week. The winner will be drawn from a hat and their sausage flavour will be made for sale that week.

At the end of the month customers will be asked to vote for the best one and its inventor will win their height in a string of sausages.

Local producers are invited to sell produce at this seaside location.

Customers will be able to see & buy the wide range of locally sourced produce available at this market, including Driftwood's own beer.

1. Festival of food launch at Avery's cellars. We will be providing a great range of our cured meats to accompany Avery's wines.

2. Basic fish filleting course. Come to Source for a chance to learn the basic skills invloved in selecting, filleting and cooking fresh fish.

3. Basic butchery. Come back to Source to learn the basics of poultry and lamb butchery.

4. Game tasting event. Your chance to try different types of game from pigeon to wigeon and everything inbetween.
