Here’s how to register your event

  • Use the form to register your first event

  • Proceed to checkout to pay by credit card. The fee covers up to four events. When we receive payment we will make your event live on the website.

  • As food magazine has now gone to press we won’t be able to include your event in the September – October special Celebration of Food issue. We will continue to make your events live on the website so that you can still be part of the festival.

What does it cost?

  1. Restaurants, retailers, producers and hotels with under 10 bedrooms
    You can put on up to four events for a one-off fee of £100. (ex VAT)

  2. Hotels with over 10 bedrooms
    If you are a hotel with over 10 bedrooms it will cost £200 (ex VAT) for you to be included in a special accommodation section of the magazine, which will be reproduced across all three regions. You can then also put on events for free as part of that package (this will give you additional editorial space in the listings part of the magazine). If you are a smaller hotel (under 10 bedrooms) the £100 registration fee applies but you will get the same benefits and be in the same accommodation section.

  3. St Austell pubs

Once your payment has been confirmed you will be taken back to the registration form where you can add additional events.
