Ethical Addictions are different. Working directly with farms in Tanzania and Brazil they ensure their customers get to taste the difference, and make a difference.
They source some of the world’s finest Arabica coffees direct from the farms, caring not only about the high quality, but the farming process, the care shown to workers, and the environment.
Ethical Addictions do not believe in a generic one roast for all approach, but batch roast to enhance the unique flavour of each origin. A difference you can taste, smell and see!

From the humble beginnings of the farm shop hut nearly 40 years ago Darts Farm has continually evolved. The farm shop is still at the centre of their success, with the emphasis on food that is locally grown, reared, baked or caught. It has an on-site master butcher, fishmonger, baker, deli, cider maker and restaurant.
Darts also has a fantastic lifestyle shopping experience to offer, with a compilation of carefully handpicked specialist retailers, such as AGA, Fired Earth and Cotswold Outdoor as well small independent boutiques such as Orange Tree, Sarah Pepper Floral Design, The Treatment Loft health and beauty and SMP Pilates, all under one roof.
Still a working farm and still selling all of their home-grown produce directly through the farm shop, it’s great for families too, with animals to visit, pick-your-own fruit and vegetables, fishing ponds, the Maize Maze, bicycle hire and a farm walk that will take you around the beautiful vegetable fields.

The Devilled Egg Kitchen Academy is situated in the centre of Clifton in a beautiful, spacious Georgian house. Practical cookery courses are taught in the purpose-built kitchen, and students then retire to the opulent dining room to eat and enjoy their creations.
A fantastic range of tutorials, demonstrations and tastings in both food and wine are also available.
Barbora Stiess is the culinary guru behind the academy. She has engineered a range of user-friendly cookery classes to bridge the gap between ‘fine dining’ and home cooking, but also offers bespoke courses tailored to the requirements of the individual.
Barbora’s study at Leith’s School of Food and Wine (London) and subsequent Michelin-starred training under Michael Caines enables her to empathise with students and understand their needs and aspirations from both the teacher and student perspective.
Cookery methods and skills are thoroughly explained and demonstrated at each stage to create amazing results from the adventurous to the sublime, and students are led on a journey of discovery from components and ingredients to the finished dish. They work at their individual pace and aptitude, acquiring valuable knowledge and techniques along the way.
“I really love seeing my students’ surprise and delight when they create something they never thought they could, and I feel honoured to have contributed to their excitement. The passion that has gone into what I do means I get great satisfaction from the results,” says Barbora.
The courses make an ideal day out, gift idea, team-building exercise or group activity; every foodie need is catered for at The Devilled Egg Kitchen Academy.
