The ten mile menu at Bustophers
To try and source as much produce as possible from within a ten mile radius of the restaurant and feature this on a special Celebration of Food menu. We will feature fish, shellfish and oysters from Falmouth, pork from redruth, beef from truro, fruit from mitchell farm, game shot in mylor, vegetables from cornish food box, the chef’s own eggs from his own hens, along with homegrown tomatoes and pumpkins growing, cheese from ponsanooth and bread from clares cottage just outside Truro.
