Learn how to create inspirational dishes with Seagrass Restaurant’s Head Chef – Lee Groves (MasterChef Professionals 2010). Lee will demonstrate and guide you through the preparation and cooking of expertly devised dishes using some of Cornwall’s best produce. Afterwards sit down and enjoy the food you have seen being created with a glass or two of wine! £75 per person (includes demo, tuition, recipes, 4 course meal, wine, coffee, petit fours).
