Natural wine dinner with Trevor Vibert at Bell’s Diner
Chris Wicks, chef/patron of Bell’s Diner in Montpelier, Bristol, has invited natural wine lover, Trevor Vibert, to host an exclusive natural wine dinner in Bristol.
The evening will start with an introduction to the natural wine movement by Trevor Vibert and canapés served with a glass of Cerdon Bugey “methode ancestrale”, followed by an informal discussion about the differences between natural wines and industrially produced wine.
Chris Wicks has designed a bespoke five course meal, which perfectly complements each of the wines. The fish course will be a scallop with seaweed, cucumber, fennel & spring onion which is paired with Brézèm domaine de pezgaud vieille serine 2008. And Domaine lucci pinot noir 2010, from the Adelaide hills, is perfectly suited for the rabbit with carrot, sweet corn, damson & ginger.
Trevor will talk about the pairing of each course and there will be the opportunity for guests to ask questions, in this intimate setting for only 40 people.
Tickets cost £75 per person. To obtain details of the menu for this special evening or to reserve a table please call 0117 924 0357 or email info@bellsdiner.com
