Gourmet Weekend at The Cornwall Hotel
We are hosting a series of amazing gourmet weekends, to experience the best that Cornwall has to offer.
Guests arrive on the Friday to a peaceful dinner in the Arboretum Restaurant, followed by a restful night in one of our deluxe rooms.
After breakfast on the Saturday, there is a relaxing day plus the chance to meet head chef Brett Camborne-Paynter, and take part in the “Saturday Kitchen” workshop to learn some of the tricks of his trade.
For dinner on the Saturday, guests can be amazed at the skills of head chef Brett Camborne-Paynter, as he presents an 8 course tasting menu with wines. Click here to see the menu that was presented at previous events. Brett will give an overview of the menu plus a wine expert is on hand to talk through the evening’s wine selection.
From only £225 per person for two nights in a deluxe room arriving on Friday 28th October inclusive of dinner, bed and breakfast. Also included is a 30 minute spa treatment at The Clearing Spa and also the Saturday Kitchen workshop.
