Dining at Sandfords
Head chef, Paul Ruttledge, presents his a la carte menu, which has earned Lynton Cottage its two AA rosettes. Enjoy dishes such as baked fillet of sea bass topped with scallop and sole mousse, black sesame seeds, tomato concasse and pomme rosti or roast lamb ras el hanout with white onion puree, boulangere potatoes and spiced onion with an olive sauce.
All dishes are reasonably priced and 3 courses will cost an average of £26.00 per person. Booking essential.
