Culinary Experience with Mark Dodson of The Masons Arms

Mark Dodson, Michelin star chef from The Mason Arms, Knowstone, will be demonstrating at In-toto kitchens Exeter as part of their ‘Culinary Experience’ events.  In-toto’s Culinary events aim to,  ‘ Cultivate and improve culinary skills for the home chef and encourage the use of fresh locally sourced ingredients’.  The event will also be attended by ‘Hillside Speciality Foods and Lily Farm Vineyard.
