A taste of Porthilly Shellfish at Tides Restaurant
Your Chance to meet the man behind the Porthilly Shellfish, Tim Marshell. Tides Restaurnt will be hosting an evening with Porthilly Shellfish, we will serve a four course menu using the best of produce from Cornwall and the Camel Estuary, which the restaurant overlooks and Porthilly Shellfish farm. Tim will also give a short talk on growing oysters and mussels in the estuary. Tickets will cost £35 and the evening will start at 7.00pm.
